If you join this CPA firm you will have all the benefits of a smaller firm, but the resources and compensation of a larger firm. You will be expected to work hard during busy season and put in 55-60 hours for a few weeks, but off-season you'll work 36.

This is a full-service firm, so you will be doing predominantly audit work, and some tax work during tax season with a variety of mid sized clients.
